Genshin Impact Spiral Abyss and endgame help
Stuck on a Spiral Abyss floor, or on any other Genshin Impact endgame content? Elim helps viewers with it live on stream, every Saturday and Sunday.
What kind of Genshin Impact help does Elim give?
Elim helps Genshin Impact players clear the Spiral Abyss and other endgame content using the characters and gear they already own. That means team building, rotation order, artefact and weapon choices, and the resource decisions behind them. The starting point is always the account in front of us, so the advice fits what you actually have rather than an ideal account you would need months to build.
How does Abyss help work on stream?
Three ways, and you can use whichever suits you. The first two are the ones that happen most:
- The random draw. Enter, and if your name comes out Elim takes the controls himself: logging in to improve the account, or simply clearing the floor that has been in your way. It is the closest thing to handing the problem to someone else and watching it get solved.
- A build review through ViewerConnect. Submit a request and your characters are pulled from your in-game showcase through Enka.network, so Elim sees your real artefacts, weapons and talents on stream without you sending anything. This is the quickest route to advice that is specific to your account.
- Just ask in chat. Bring a question to any stream and you will get an answer. Without your characters on screen the advice stays more general, so this is the low-effort way in rather than the deep one, and it is often all it takes to get a floor moving.
How do I ask for help?
Submit a viewer help request through ViewerConnect. A request is attached to a game account so Elim can see what you own before the stream reaches you, which is why it needs a verified UID. You can hold one active help request at a time, and after you have been helped there is an 18 hour wait before the next one. Requests can also be made by redeeming the ViewerConnect channel reward on Twitch. See how ViewerConnect works for the full walkthrough.
Is there a queue position?
No. Help requests are drawn at random rather than served in order, so there is no position to report and no advantage to submitting early in a stream. Tickets earned through ViewerConnect homework can guarantee the next slot instead of leaving it to the draw.
What should I have ready?
- A verified UID on ViewerConnect, so your characters and gear can be read.
- The specific floor, chamber or fight you are stuck on.
- What you have already tried, so we do not spend stream time repeating it.
- Roughly what you are willing to spend on resin and materials to fix it.
Does Elim only help with the Spiral Abyss?
No. The Spiral Abyss is the most requested one, but the same help covers the other endgame modes, weekly bosses, overworld bosses and domains, and general account direction such as which character to build next. Viewer help is a Genshin Impact thing, though: see the games page for what else gets played.
When can I get help?
Elim streams every Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 2:30pm New Zealand time, live on Twitch and YouTube at once. Requests are worked through during those streams. See the schedule page for how to convert that to your own timezone and where to check for changes.
Watch out for impersonators. Elim arranges help only through the official Discord and ViewerConnect that are linked from this site. If someone contacts you on another platform claiming to be Elim, treat it as a scam.
