How ViewerConnect works
ViewerConnect is the tool viewers use to ask Elim for something. It lives at vc.elimagate.cc and is an official ElimAgate site.
What is ViewerConnect for?
It is where viewer requests are made and tracked. Rather than shouting a request in chat and hoping it is seen, you submit it against your game account, and it goes into the stream in an orderly way. It also keeps the results: what was said about your build, the recording it was said on, and the things you agreed to go and do.
How do I verify my UID?
Verifying proves the game account is yours, which is what lets Elim read your real characters and gear before the stream reaches you. It takes one pass and you never repeat it for that account:
- Sign in at vc.elimagate.cc.
- Set your in-game signature to ElimAgate Viewer.
- Enter your UID on the UIDs page and verify it.
You can add more than one UID by repeating the same steps. Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero are all supported.
What can I do once I am verified?
- Request viewer help for the Spiral Abyss and other endgame content. One active request at a time, then an 18 hour wait after you are helped.
- Request a build review by picking a character from your profile. The build itself is read from your in-game showcase through Enka.network, so put the character on display there first. See build and account reviews.
- Enter giveaways, one entry per account whether you enter on the website or through Twitch.
- Redeem the ViewerConnect reward on Twitch, which creates a request the same way the website does.
What are homework and tickets?
After a review you get a task list of the changes worth making. Complete them and you earn tickets. Tickets can be spent to skip the cooldown before your next review, to take the next slot on stream instead of leaving it to the random draw, or to control the lights in Elim's room while the stream is live.
Do I need to hand over my login?
No. Verifying a UID uses your in-game signature, and build data is read from your public in-game showcase through Enka.network. Neither step involves a game login.
Where is my data described?
ViewerConnect keeps its own privacy policy at vc.elimagate.cc/privacy, because it stores things this site does not. The privacy page here covers elimagate.cc only.
