Genshin Impact build and account reviews
Elim reads your characters live on stream and tells you what to change, in what order, and what it will cost you. You leave with a recorded VOD link and a list of things to go and do.
What does a build review cover?
A build review looks at one or more of your characters and works through the artefact main stats and substats, the weapon, the talent levels and the constellation you have, then puts them in the order worth fixing. The point is the order as much as the advice: most accounts have one change that is worth more than the next five combined, and that is the one worth spending resin on first.
What does an account review cover?
An account review is the wider version. It looks at the whole roster rather than one character, and answers which teams your account can actually field, which character to build next, and what to save your pulls and resources for. Account reviews happen through the random draw described on the Abyss and endgame help page.
How do I request a review?
Requests go through ViewerConnect. Sign in, verify your UID once, then pick the character you want reviewed straight from your profile. Your build is read from your in-game character showcase through Enka.network, which is why it needs a verified UID and the character on display in that showcase. You send no screenshots and hand over no login. A cooldown runs between review submissions so the draw stays fair across viewers.
What do I get afterwards?
- The VOD, linked to your request. ViewerConnect attaches the recording automatically, so you can go back to the exact segment later instead of hunting through a six hour stream.
- A homework list. The changes worth making, written down as tasks rather than left in chat where they scroll away.
- Tickets, if you finish the homework. Completing tasks earns tickets.
What are tickets for?
Tickets are what doing the homework buys you. You can spend them to skip the cooldown before your next review, to take the next slot on stream instead of leaving it to the random draw, or to control the lights in Elim's room live while the stream is running.
Do reviews cover other games?
Reviews are a Genshin Impact thing. ViewerConnect can verify Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero UIDs as well, but the stream is primarily Genshin Impact, with Baldur's Gate 3 as the regular second game. See the games page for the full picture.
Watch out for impersonators. Requesting a build review never needs your login. Elim arranges anything else only through the official Discord and ViewerConnect linked from this site. If someone contacts you on another platform claiming to be Elim, treat it as a scam.
